Founded in 2024, Paxton Development Group brings together over 30 years of collective experience in affordable and multifamily housing development. Principal

Mario has over thirty years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in the accounting, finance, and tax aspects of the industry. He has played a critical role in the delivery and completion of over twenty-five LIHTC projects, approximately 3,000 LIHTC units in the last decade.
